Our Resurrection Garden

I saw this idea from my favorite blogger, and actually made it!  Sometimes I have all these great plans and ideas, but they never really come together.  This time, I was ready.  House plants were on clearance at Walmart.  I picked up a couple of plants, one bag of potting soil, a bowl from my mother-in-law, moss and rocks from our backyard, sticks from the front yard, some plant cuttings I had as a decoration on my table, and I was ready to go.  It didn’t take much time to pull together, and I love thinking about the journey to the tomb every time I see it!  Definitely doing it again next year!

Wisdom and Righteousness

Psalm 37:30-31 and 39-40:

"The mouth of the righteous man utters wisdom,
and his tongue speaks what is just.
The law of his God is in his heart;
his feet do not slip.

The salvation of the righteous comes from the LORD;
he is their stronghold in time of trouble.
The LORD helps them and delivers them;
he delivers them from the wicked and saves them,
because they take refuge in him."
